Make sure directx is up to date before running the game.

You may want to use a download manager such as (DownThemAll on Firefox) as the file is around 8.3 gigs. Once downloaded and unzipped you will need to run \pso2\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin\pso2launcher.exe to start the patcher.

English Patch:

Drop the English patch into \pso2\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin\data\win32\ and overwrite the old files.
